  11. Well, I saw this post about a month ago, looked at it briefly, moved on.
  12. Now it's happened to me! Here's my situation:

  14. A1200 (258 meg HD); recently acquired Blizzard 1230-IV board (no FPU). No
  15. problem using AVAIL FLUSH - I could gain an additional smidgen of memory
  16. with it. Today I received 16 megs of 60ns fast ram - now AVAIL and AVAIL
  17. FLUSH give the same result! I run a program, close it, and AVAIL FLUSH
  18. doesn't release the memory!

  20. Can anybody tell me if there is a fix for this? Or is this the price I
  21. pay for having a screamingly fast A1200? (and it is........ man! Check out
  22. http://www.jncs.com for some incredible pricing on fast ram. Now I can run
  23. a 256-color WB with no slowdown at all!)
